If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unused products in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your wholesale account and select the 'Return Request' option next to your recent order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to avoid damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your crate or box, making sure the RMA number is clearly visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or credit your account within 5-7 business days.
